On the Ten Factors

正嘉二年　三十七歳御作

1258 (Age: 38)

かくの如く多くの法門となりて八万法蔵と云はるれども、

In this way a great number of doctrines are enunciated, which are known collectively as the eighty thousand teachings.

It is said that there are over eighty thousand Buddhist teachings.

すべて只(ただ)一つの三諦(たい)の法にて三諦より外(ほか)には法門なき事なり。

But all of these come down to one single doctrine, that of the three truths. Outside of the doctrine of the three truths (the truth of temporary existence, the truth of non-substantiality, the truth of the Middle Way), there is no other doctrine.

They are contained in the law of the three truths (The truth of temporary existence, The truth of emptiness, The truth of the middle way), and no doctrine exists outside of the three truths.
