従仏とは日蓮に従う類い等の事なり、口の喜とは南無妙法蓮華経なり、
“From the Buddha” indicates those followers who receive the teachings from Nichiren, and the joy of the mouth indicates Nam-myoho-renge-kyo.
意の喜とは無明の惑障無き故なり
The joy of the mind comes about through there alization that one is no longer confused or hampered by darkness, or ignorance.
此の無上宝聚を辛労も無く行功も無く一言に受取る信心なり、
Without labor or trouble, without religious practices or good deeds, this cluster of unsurpassed jewels can come into our possession through the single word “faith.”
不求自得とは是れなり。
That is why the passage says that it has “come to us unsought.”
此の色心の二法を無常と説くは権教の心なり、
The provisional teachings declare that these two elements of body and mind are characterized by impermanence.
法華経の意は無常を常住と説くなり。
But the message of the Lotus Sutra is the assertion that this impermanence is in fact a state of permanent abiding.
